How do you go about getting the cashback via nikon or calumet???
If it is via nikon the deal expired on 31st august, and if you click the calumet cashbacks deal button there are none available, looks like it has expired.

I think the cold votes are a bit harsh, it is still the cheapest available right now even without the second lens offer.
