Yes, its tool free.

The drives slot in and plastic strips lock them in place. Also for the cards at the back there are spring clips to hold them in place (although I am pretty sure you can screw then in as well...)

Its a difficult one as I cannot find many examples of the hermes (or the HTC P4500 as it is known) for sale ?

you said "condition isnt the best" - do you have any photos ?
Is it boxed with charger ?
memory card ?

I was looking for £30 collected - what deal would you have in mind to see if we are miles apart ?

well i am in SE London, or West Sussex or Coventry technically!
Here is some photos, theyre older photos but was only used for a month or two after these photos were taken, its unlocked, got 1gb memory, no box and only a usb charger.
