Wanting to refund member no response to emails

Thought this was best in feedback.

I sold A PS3 game about a month ago if not more, it never arrived and buyer pm'd wanting a refund, I replied asking for bank transfer details since my PP account is limited, never heard back and a few days later got another pm asking for a refund, I replied back and apologised and said I was waiting for bank details and person did reply asking when I sent the pm as they never got it.

Since then they havent replied so I cant refund them so I am a bit worried was wondering if there is anything the mods can do like check when they have been online, or have records of pm's being sent(i.e the times and dates) in case it goes further.

If you click on the persons name and then public profile, you can find out when they were last online

also if you have kept your p m's the time and date should be in your sentbox....same with received
