Phone contract

What is the best cheap phone contract around?
Not wanting to spend much over £15,
I would love to get a Samsung Tocco Lite,
Would it be a better idea to buy the phone and then a sim only contract?
Not had a contract ever so needing a bit of help

100 mins & 100 texts...
£8.49 a month....
LG COOKIE.... thats the only difference...

Even better if you're using Virgin at home, broadband, tv or phone - then they'll give you a cheaper deal + more minutes & texts.

i bought the this phone from marshall ward opened a new account and got a discount then paid it when the bill came in, i am with 02 simplicity on a rolling tarrif (that way your not tied to an 18 or 24 month contract) and you can change the phone when you want to!
