In my opinion, this is the best scratch protection case available for iphone, and adds virtually no weight or bulk to it. I've had 3 or 4 different cases and this is the one I settled with (having paid £19.99 for it, I'm shocked to see it for £10.95 now!)...

I've got one of these,great case. Answer to above question;yes - the 3G & 3GS have identical bodies.
They do come in a variety of colours,try eBay as I did see a seller offering these in nearly all available colours even the latest "limited edition" types.
One thing is that they do pick up marks/colour transfer pretty easy so perhaps the White is not the best colour unless your ultra careful. I have lightly sanded my cover a couple of times to freshen it up,also got rid of the intrusive logo on the reverse.

I also bought one of these but wasn't too impressed. Great looking product & functional, but the soft-touch matt effect peeled off the corners of the cover and it got grubby in no time at all. There are definiately better on the market. Good price though, so on that basis heat added.

Cheers, I thought that about my belkin rubber cover - marked and got grubby really quickly. The incipio has lasted far better for me. Remains to be seen if it does detriorate, but I've had it 5 months now and I've dropped it a couple of times aswell!
