I don't understand why this is cold. By far the best price anywhere for possibly the best TV (Plasma or otherwise) under £2000 pounds.

Heat added.

If price is confirmed, I am sure to add some rep.

OP ignore the cold voters, they simply don't have a clue, an ignorant bunch the lot of them.

People will vote cold purely because they can get a cheaper 50" TV regardless of quality.

Had a panasonic 42" Plasma for close to 3 years now. Been an absolute joy, 5 years free warranty is a huge selling point IMO. Amazes me that other manufacturers don't follow suit, perhaps they are not as confident in their own product though.

i can comfirm that this is the price of the tv.....

i bought 1 today from the birmingham store with 5 year panasonic warranty....BUT i have to wait for it to come to the store from milton keynes ....it was already on its what when i pre-orderd it this after noon b4 i took a trip on the train to brum...i was shocked when he said it was already on its way ...i asked for delivery .....he said yes thats fine but it still has to come to the store so they can fill i nthe warranty card with serial number on so they can send to panasonic...


i will get a phone call next week when they will deliver and i pay the delivery driver £30 cash in hand...for an extra £10 they will install it for you and set it all up and take away all packaging ...


i cant ******* wait for this tv....clearly the best tv on the market at the moment .....panasonic is the new pioneer ...

I was waiting for this TV for ages for this kind of price and warranty offer, but couldn't get one for love or money. In the end I brought the Samsung UE46B8000 simply because it was the second choice and Samsung were offering £200 cashback. I am regretting it a little now.

I could always return the Samsung

how long you had the sammy ?? as if you have had less than 7 days then you can send back for the distance selling reg...


or you can just say your not happy for what you have paid for ...

I got it from Costo, so I've got another 70 days to make up my mind whether to return it or not.

I really really love the Panny, my kids love the Sammy, purely because of the looks. I would get a better TV, a full 4" more and save myself a bit if I chose the Panny.

I'll take my time to make a decision, in the meantime, time to work on the kids to change their minds; fashion concious the lot of them.

Just to add info for others interested, this offer is not limited to House of Fraser Birmingham. I saw this in House of Fraser in the Metro Centre (Gateshead), this afternoon.

Brilliant picture quality. Panasonic is indeed taking over the 'Top End' Plasma market.

If I had the cash and didn't already have a Panasonic Plasma I'd be buying this in the blink of an eye.
