Is it a completely free Windows 7 Upgrade or is it necessary to pay Shipping Costs? This can be as much as £30 depending where it's coming from (Dell charge £15)

Are these difficult to upgrade EG graphics / memory because of the small size ?

The first person to say that you can build it cheaper yourself is officially the world's biggest p***k.

Really interested in this.
Do you think it would be a hassle to upgrade the ram?
I have no experience with ebuyer and acer, have they got good customer services and reliability?
Can anyone help me out with this?
Cheers

Not for 3D
It's a budget version of an old range, usually integrated into motherboards.

It appears to be a low-profile/half height microATX case so the motherboard will be a standard mATX board and the memory should be no more difficult than any other computer. For cards like graphics cards you will need half-height/low profile versions. Unless you only want to add a basic graphics card for more monitors or HD Video decoding your choices for graphics card will be very limited, and because of the smaller space for a fan, quite possibly noisier.

Not great really. Scan often have an offer in their today only section for better spec'd components (4GB Ram, 1TB HD, Cooler Master case) plus a 22" monitor for around £310 - £320. Not pre built however- just sold as a bundle.

Acer's reputation for reliability and support is suspect (Which? magazine).

Also, later versions with better specs and Win7 pre installed are out there for not a lot more. Unless you must have rock bottom price I'd say this is a lukewarm deal at best.
