Yes, I bought a £20 one last time and bought a vodafone £15 since then too though I think the o2 £20 tariff probably has a wider market.

Can't rely on Quidco of course, as they don't always pay out - I've had numerous issues with failed payments this past year, on over £1000 worth of purchases.

Unlimited Web is connection to the internet via the phone network, whereas unlimited Wi-Fi is access to the internet using third party Wi-Fi hotspots like cloud etc.

For having near constant access I would take unlimited web; for faster connections I would take unlimited wi-fi

I and several family members/friends have been with O2 for years with no problems, with decent customer service if I had any questions/issues. Looks like a hot deal to me, generous allowance and huge quidco.
