Just rang up and spoke to Virgin Mobile, I explained that I was with T Mobile and that they had offered me a free Nokia 5800 for £15 with unlimited internet usage (as I'm not overly bothered about how many minutes were included as I have another phone with more allowance but wanted a phone for my fella so he could check sports and stuff on the net) and could they match or beat it.
I was told straight away that yes they could match the price, and given the details of the allowance package, which I think is fairly decent for the price and phone that you get.
200 mins any network, any time calls.
Unlimited texts
Unlimited internet
Plus 100 minutes to other virgin phones (I assume they mean other virgin mobiles).
There is a £4.88 delivery charge but I think this is a brilliant deal, the total (including postage) cost for the whole contract is £274.88.
The website (below) shows that to get a 5800 with internet access is usually £18 per month, plus around £15 for the phone with less calls and text allowance, so this is a decent saving on the website deal and you get more for it.

Hope this is of some use to some of you who want a cheap, but decent mobile contract!
