EXPIRED - Angel: Seasons 1-5 Collectors Set (US Region) £37.81 Delivered @ Amazon.com

£37.81

FOUND BY: Quoasis 3 weeks, 5 days ago

STARTS: 26/10/2009   EXPIRES: 26/10/2009

Afternoon all, my first submission so be nice.

I've just seen an article on a US blog pointing out that the Box Set deal of the day on Amazon is the complete Angel set for $53. Add on the (rather slow) basic international delivery you can get it delivered for £37.81, the next cheapest I can find is The Hut for £57.93 so not a bad saving. This deal is for today only so be quick.

They have quoted me late mid November - Early December for delivery, I don't mind the wait as it's a Christmas present.

Remember you'll need a DVD player that can play US region DVDs, put your DVD model into Google though and you will soon find a multi-region code which will let it play all regions.

good price but might also get a customs charge, not sure how much but £8 handling fee plus whatever so could still work out cheaper than the uk version

Customs limit is £18 and the charges can be huge. Not only can you get charged 15% VAT but also import duty and a charge from the courier for paying this duty on entry to the country. Great if you don't get charged but expensive if you do.
Might be safer buying from THE HUT, using HWALK code for £3 off ending in a price just over £54
