RULES: Terms and Conditions for SPAR prize draw
1.Prize draw is open to UK residents only, except employees of SPAR UK Limited, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw. Entrants must be 16+.
2.Entry to the prize draw is via submitting your details on the 'Win £1000' page on the SPAR website www.shelfsniper.com/win£1000
3.No purchase required to enter.
4.Prizes: One winner of £1,000 and 10 winners (1 per week) of weekly prizes of £50.
5.Entries received will be entered into both the £1000 prize draw and that weeks £50 prize draw.
6.Weekly prize draw: Only one entry per person, per email address will be accepted per week for the £50 weekly cash prize draw. Automated entries will be invalidated. All entries for that weeks prize draw must be submitted by 23.59 (BST) on Sunday each week to be entered into the prize draw. The final closing date for entries of the final draw is 23.59 (BST) on Sunday 22nd November 2009. The prize draws will take place within 5 days of the closing date each week. The winners will be picked at random. The winners of the weekly prize draw are able to enter again to win the next weekly draw.
7.£1000 prize draw: Only one entry per person, per email address will be accepted. Automated entries will be invalidated. The final closing date for entries is 23.59 (BST) on Sunday 27th November 2009. The prize draw will take place within 5 working days of the closing date, by Friday 4th December.
8.Winners will be selected from entries received between the dates and times stated above.
9.The process of selecting winners is final and no further communication will be entered into.
10.The prize is non transferable and no alternative prize will be available.
11.The winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the prize draw and must respond within 8 weeks from the email being sent to claim their prize. The promoter can not accept responsibility for incorrect email addresses provided.
12.Winners from a previous draw are able to be redrawn.
13.The cash prize will be despatched to the winner via cheque within 3 weeks of receiving confirmation of winner.
14.Prizes that are not claimed within the given time frame will be re-drawn. The winners of a re-drawn prize will be notified by email within 28 days of the re-draw and must respond within 8 weeks from the email being sent to claim their prize. The cash prize will be despatched to the re-drawn winners via cheque within 3 weeks of receiving confirmation of winner.
15.The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this prize draw, if deemed necessary, due to circumstances outside of their reasonable control.
16.No liability will be accepted for entries lost due to website technical issues.
17.The winner may be required to participate in such unpaid publicity as required by the Promoter.
18.Acceptance of these terms and conditions and promotional instructions is a condition of entry.
