Dell's upgrade program does state that the XPS One 24 is eligible for the Windows 7 upgrade but I would recommend that anyone purchasing this should contact dell to confirm !

After reading further it seems like only an XPS One 24 model with Vista Ultimate is eligible for the Win 7 upgrade - bloody shame !

But I would still call dell to confirm !

don't want to be stuck with vista, so it seems a bit confusing as to whether you get 7 for 'free', so not going for this deal.

I spoke to them on chat and they said it was eligible, but not sure how credible that is lol...

This is exactly like the deal last year with the 20" XPS One!

Shame it has gone up. Considered ordering but hesitated. Would have been about £792 with code and EPP discount, which seem to be able to be used together again. Now coming out as £847 with the two discounts.
