This an open box customer return with full 12 month Acer warranty. SimplyAcer states these are in brand new condition. I think this is a good price for a 17" Laptop with blu ray with HDMI. SimplyAcer offer a free next day delivery service on all orders over £150 before 4pm monday to friday, uk mainland only.
