Just had to change yet another of these bulbs. This one had lasted 8.5 months - somewhat less than the 10 years stated on the box.
I'm all in favour of saving energy, but I can't help thinking that all the manufacturing, packing and shipping that gets these things from China to here kind of cancels out the saving in energy over a few months of use  |
