Packages seem to start from as little as £17.75 per month.

Wouldn't mind upgrading to HD, but just cant bear paying an extra tenner each month just for that.

Dont forget if you do upgrade that all your HD movies will be peppered with sound dropouts sometimes making the film unwatchable (this is a known HD fault with Sky and despite having know about it since HD came out they still have not fixed it) Just in case anyone didnt already know!

I looked into this only yesterday, is there not £49 upfront for the box as well on top of the £30 install, £79 in tot? or if you dont take the movies or are not already on them its £49 for the box plus £60 install fee, £109 in tot......over and above these two options you've £9.75pm for the HD package (increases jan 2010), your 12 month contract will also auto renew.
