I've been reading up on this phone and it seems quite bad. Poor battery life. Unlocks + rings people in your pocket. Crashes. Slow keypad. Stylus! No call history so you have to go through your contacts to phone people.

Personally I'd go for the Tocco Lite for the same price (comes with £10 credit plus it's unlocked too).

Have had one since March, best phone I've ever owned and I am very fussy about phones.
Yes it was terrible when I got it with crashes, lockups etc but the latest firmware off the LG site has made everything good.

Battery life is about a week with moderate use. Every proper review I've read has raved about, only a few people on forums have moaned and they seem to be the odd troll.

If you want honest opinions on the phone go to the cookie forums to see what real users say http://www.mylgcookie.com/index.php

Mine was an honest opinion, and the phone should come in a working state without having to go to LG to get a firmware update.

It wasn't difficult. Plug your phone into your computer, go to LG website and get it to check for updates, totally automatic.

Anyway that was quite some time ago and I suspect models shipping now should be up to date.
