FOUND BY: Slash 3 weeks, 3 days ago

* Processor - Intel Atom N270 1.6 GHz for portability

* Memory & storage - 1GB & 160GB hard drive
* Screen and weight - 10.2" display & 1.25kg

Note: The £10 glitch does not work anymore at Dixons to make the deal down to £201.85. But it can still be used at PC World. The direct link doesn't take you there in this page for some reason so I have posted it on another deal that can be found here:
http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/526443/samsung-n130-netbook-laptop-atom-n2

Without the £10 voucher glitch, here is how you get the this netbook for £211.85:

Dixons is now selling the Samsung N130 for £231.85
- £20 Cashback directly from Samsung (http://www.samsung.com/uk/n130cashback/)
= £211.85

You can get at least 4% cashback from Topcashback as well
= £203.38

Further Information that I have researched that could be useful for you:

Here is a video review of the N130 netbook.

The 1gb ram is sufficient but If you wish you upgrade it to 2gb, its very simple to do unlike some of the netbooks out there where you need to dismantle the casing.

If you are buying a netbook sleeve, always check the dimensions since all the netbooks and sleeves are made different so its better to check. I will be receiving the netbook and sleeve today by courier so just ask if you would like to know how mine fits.

Pretty much the only little thing this netbook doesn't have is bluetooth but the majority of the people don't have a need for this including me. But even so, I just bought super mini bluetooth USB from dealextreme for like £1.5. It so small it doesn't bulge out at all so barely noticeable.

I wondered that too.... until I set one up for a friend.

Feeble things, unless you NEED ultra portability, then the 15" wins everytime (or what about the 12 & 13" units?)

It depends on the N310 specifications that you are looking at

Yes your both obviously right, and manufacturers and consumers have got it all wrong lets put all 9- 12 inch netbooks in a big furnice and make them 15"

my N510 is far from feeble!

Take myself for instance...I already own a 15" laptop and find it too heavy and big to carry around when all I do on it is use Microsoft Office and Internet. And hence why I'm getting this 10" netbook. I have checked it out in store and its nice and portable. It has a matte screen too so I wouldn't have to worry about the annoying glares on the screen.

Prepare to be disappointed by performance then - my old 1.5Ghz laptop out performs it in every way!

show us the link for new 15" laptops from £99 - £201.85
not everybody needs to surf the net with dual core and+ 4GB RAM, I'm sure the are plenty of people still using old desktops with the same power as todays Netbook.

No, the manufacturers are dead right, they aren't kidding anyone - they are selling Netbooks!
It is owners who are treating them as full laptops. I can only assume they have never used a reasonably up to the minute machine at all

why do you need performance in every way for net surfing?
