Not sure how I can prove so but my ebay account dave_varsani (under my fathers name which I mainly operate on his behalf) has over 150 positive feedback points at 100%.
My Paypal account is verified so you will be fully protected by the Paypal Buyer Protection scheme. I would not like to send this item off before I recieve a payment, espeicially when Paypal ensures you recieve your item or money back

I believe PMs are allowed to be used for personal details, payment details seem kind of tied in with this and the buyer initiated the PM conversation regarding payment.

Yes, payment details should not be disclosed in the thread, but I didn't see you accept the offer.

Either way, sounds like this is either sold, on the way to being, or an example of how to violate as many rules as possible in one thread.
