and their affiliated networks....they would just turn up after a year asking you to pay the voucher discounted money back.
I just hate them and in my view they as a company have got no reputation.

If you are a current customer and have received an email with the code then you should not have to pay any money back.

This posting was to alert those who have an account with them to something on offer at a decent price.

I haven't used them for a year and always throw my catalogue away but had a look what was on offer when I received the code.

ps phone gets an iffy write up. Main problem seems to be the build quality of the screen .reviews say very flimsy screen which breaks easily

I have the phone and it is excellent and 3 seems to be a good network and free access to information and help line. Can't fault it. I was worried when I ordered because of negative comments about 3 and the phone.
I think the main fault described was when you push back on the browser it produces mini versions of the screen that you cannot read.
This is actually a nifty idea and not a fault. It shows previous screens and can be navigated backwards through them. When you are on the screen you want you just push the select button.
Whether I would have realised that without reading one reviewers comments I don't know. I am the wrong side of 7 for technology to be obvious anymore. Worryingly the freeview recorder does not seem too obvious. I blame the importers, but maybe it is me.

Anyway the phone is great.

If they take back the money on a voucher that you were not entitled to it is a risk you have to take and they are perfectly within thier rights to do so.
