Do you do the expansion cards
These are available on special order from Oregon Scientific.

Is a mains adaptor available for this item ?
Unfortunately we do not sell the mains adaptor seperately. You should be able to buy a replacement mains adaptor from somewhere like maplins or RS Components.

I bought this product and cannot get it to work do i need to install a card first.I switch it on then when loaded it sticks on network could you assist me.
We would recommend calling Oregon Scientific support, on 0871 222 1966. They should be able to assist you over the phone.

Can we get a smartcard to teach foreign language
Unfortunately this is not available.

Where can I purchase the AC Adaptor for this unit?
Unfortunately we do not stock a mains adapter, however your local electronics store should have a universal mains adapter that would fit. Please take the X18 to them so they can check the voltages are correct.

I have a problem. When opening up it asks for a game code, but when I press in a code nothing is entered. The keyboard is not entering anything. It is not the batteries as voice and displays are working. Do you have any suggestions as to how this can be fixed?
