Anybody heard about Crylla Valley Cottages in Saltash Cornwall ?

I am planning to visit Cornwall so need one more help.

Crylla Valley Cottages in Saltash, Cornwall have excellent villas with a free membership to a Gym, Sauna etc. for the stay. I know its not near the beaches but with a short drive to beaches if it gets very cold and eden project looks alright.
What do you say ?

Just wondering if anybody has been here ? and any reviews for it ?

Saltash is a pretty good base for the likes of eden etc, lived there for a few years, now moved down into Cornwall proper ;)
eden about 40 mins
beaches of looe, whitsand bay etc 20-30 mins drive
