some people got it before they took it off the market place, although there are faults with it. I have yet to get my sky as well.

Same here, no Sky Player yet. If you go to Settings > Network Settings then hover over the "Connect To XBOX Live" there's a service status window that says there's issues with it and it's not available for download for European customers. Been like that since Wednesday for me.
