EXPIRED - Withdrawing from a deal in FS/FT

Mods,

If a buyer withdraws from a agreed deal in the FS/FT forum therefore losing the seller other potential buyers are they given an infraction currently?

If not should this be implemented as a rule as per other forums?

:
(12) Once an offer has been made and accepted the trade should be considered final. Sellers who accept an offer and subsequently accept a higher offer from another member, may be suspended from trading. On the flip side, members who submit or accept an offer and subsequently pull out for any reason, will be suspended from trading for at LEAST one day.

I thought it did,but have seen it happen a few times recently.....I suppose if the member is not reported it is not picked up

As pointed out by others, we have existing procedures in place to deal with such events. If we don't know about it, we won't be able to give an appropriate response.
