Need advice regarding nursing bra

Need an advice on nursing bra's. Theres 2 types i known so far that is drop cup thats falls completely where there is a fastening hook on the rear and another one drop cup with internal breast support.

Can those who hv experience with this 2 bras let me know which one is comfy tht has support to your breast while nursing.

I never used the one with internal support TBH iv never heard of them ..
always used the nursing bras from mothercare with just the full cup drop, always got on with them and never had any problems

I have the ones with the drop fronts and internal support. I got them from La senza, had to pay full price but they are lasting well! i like them. My sons 7 weeks now and they are being washed evey 2 days!! And still look just as good.

tbh, not much difference between the two, the 'support' isn't all that supportive anyway! - just get one which is a proper fit, and it'll be a job well done

In my opinion you are better with a full drop bra. I've breastfed 2 kiddies for over a year each (pregnant with my 3rd ) I find that the ones which have more support or even just a hole for your nipple to come out of when the cup is dropped can cause mastitis since the milk can't flow as well. Plus when your milk is coming in and you boobs are massive they can be very restrictive. I love Mothercare bras because they are very comfortable, but refused to buy the Nurture ones in Debenhams because they looked too restrictive. Hope this helps

I breastfed 4 children and never used a nursing bra. They had 13 months each and then I had enough lol

I wore my normal bras and just popped my breast out the top of the cup.

You dont actually NEED the nursing bras, unless of course you just want to xxx

Not sure if you've had your baby yet but I always used warm towels on the third day after birth to soak up the flow of milk on the third day after birth ( or I'd wake up in a milk bath! ) and the warmth makes the milk flow easier and so makes your boobs more comfy. Reminded me as it was really just on that third day that I'd leave a bra off completely or it woulda been too painful xxx

this is classic no i havent yet...3 weeks to go . havent bought any nursing bra yet. Was just surfing and found out there r 2 types....i found out tht nursing bras are not that supportive as normal bras would be... probably for the milk flow i think... anyway.. might just buy one and see if i really needed one.
