The first room is ideal for a kitchen, the second ground floor room is large enough to fit your sofa and dinning table, making it great for Sylvanians to have a party with their friends! Climb the stairs to the first floor and there's one huge space, it could be a bedroom, bathroom and playroom all at the same time! There is even a balcony at the front of the house!

The Lakeside Lodge features an open back, and ground floor, for you to access the rooms for play. This fabulous waterside home features windows and door open, trellis, plus stairs between levels and a balcony! There is an additional room extension to the first room - turn the extension upside-down and there is even a draw for you to store all your Sylvanian accessories in.

But you can buy the same thing from Argos for £34.99 with a set of furniture and a family (no dvd).

It is also available on the sylvanian families website at £31.99 delivered with childrens bunk beds and the penguin family included in the box.

I don't think the extras are included in the entertainers set - I looked at instore yesterday and there was no mention on the box.

Hi, i think you are looking at the Riverside lodge which is a different product - http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/st...milies%20lodge

I have had a look and Argos don't do the Lakeside Lodge - its a much bigger house.
