Any Hotels in December...Free meals or kids etc

Hi, does anyone know if theres any nice hotels or spas with offers going at the moment, im in east anglia regions, so essex, suffolk or norfolk, cambridge areas would be good, family of 4, maybe free meals, free kids or buy one night get one free, ive looked at my saved ones but there is not alot at the moment or they have sold out
