Sorry tired and late so its a copy and paste job :) Tenda seem really good, I have used a wireless N Tenda for about a year and it is so easy to use and keeps people out, and no fluffing about when you want to get new devices connected to the internet E.G. DS, Wii, PS3 etc etc..... This is a great price for a Wireless-N router and a Wireless-N USB stick for your laptop or PC, It is a lot better and faster the Wireless-G and works with all the different Wireless letters togetehr, a, b, g & N, So now for the copy and paste :)

Tenda Wireless-N150 Cable Router (Detachable Antenna)
W311R+ includes wireless AP, router, 4-port switch and firewall in one, and increases over 3 times transmission speed of ordinary 802.11g products. Compatible with IEEE802.11n (Draft 2.0) and IEEE802.11g/b standards, it can provide stable transmission rate and be dedicated to SOHOs and family networking. In addition, URL and MAC address filtering can take it easy for parents and network administrator to manage networking life, and QoS bandwidth control over specific computers downloading speed is supported as well. Moreover, the included Setup Wizard on CD-ROM will be easy and fast for non-savvy users to install the device and access to the Internet. Includes router, wireless access point, 4-port switch and firewall in one Supports WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) encryption methods to secure your networking Compliant to IEEE802.11n, IEEE802.11g, IEEE802.11b Supports over 6 times transmission range of 11G products Supports 64/128-bit WEP, WPA, WPA2, WPA&WPA2 encryption methods Provides one 10/100Mbps Auto-Negotiation Ethernet WAN port Provides four 10/100Mbps Auto-Negotiation Ethernet LAN ports Supports xDSL/Cable MODEM, static and dynamic IP in community networking Supports remote/local Web management Supports WMM to better smooth your voice and video Supports SSID stealth mode and access control based over MAC address (up to 30 entries) Supports Auto MDI/MDIX Supports wireless Roaming technology for high-efficient wireless connections Supports auto negotiation/manual mode for 802.11b/802.11g/802.11n Supports UPnP and DDNS Supports Firefox 1.0, IE5.5 or above Supports SNTP Supports virtual server, DMZ host Built-in firewall for hackers attack prevention Supports DHCP server/client Supports auto wireless channel selection Supports LAN control over the Internet access Provides syslog to record the status of the router Supports WDS wireless network extension Supports QoS function External detachable antenna support for replacing demand

Tenda Wireless-N150 USB Adapter
W311U utilizes the very latest wireless networking technologyIEEE802.11n (Draft 2.0). Unlike ordinary wireless networking technologies that are confused by signal reflections, the 802.11ns MIMO (Multi Input, Multi Output) actually uses these reflections to increase 4 times range of 802.11g and reduce "dead spots" in the wireless coverage area. It complies highly with IEEE802.11g/IEEE802.11b standard, but when both ends of the wireless link are Wireless-N, the speed can be increased even 3 times of 802.11g by using twice as much radio band. W311U supports Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) to free you from remembering long passwords. Besides, it can alternate its role as Soft AP (access point) to allow other wireless network to be connected with, and support PSP, WII, and NDS connecting to Internet and Xlink Kai on Station mode. Moreover, WMM (Wi-Fi Multimedia) support can make your voice and video more smooth. Complies with IEEE 802.11n (Draft 2.0), IEEE 802.11g, IEEE 802.11b standards Provides USBv2.0 port Provides max. 150Mbps receiving rate and 150Mbps sending rate Supports 20MHz/40MHz frequency width Auto-detects and changes network transmission rate Provides two work modes: Infrastructure and Ad-Hoc Supports Soft AP to allow other wireless network to be connected with Supports PSP, WII and NDS connecting to Internet and Xlink Kai Supports 64/128-bit WEP, WPA/WPA2 encryption methods and 802.1x authentication standards Supports WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) encryption method to free you from remembering long passwords Supports WMM to make your voice and video more smooth Storage Humidity 5% ~ 90% RH non-condensing Operating Humidity 10% ~90% RH non-condensing Sensitivity 68dbm(N mode150M, rich value);70dbm(G mode 54M);88dbm(B mode 1M) EVM 68dbm Transmission Power 15dbm CE √ 3C √ ROHS √ win2000 √ win xp √ win 2003 √ vista 32-bit √ vista 64-bit √ vista 32--bit √ vista 64--bit √ Frequency Range 2.4MHz IEEE 802.11 Standards Supported 11b,11g,11n Operating Temperature 0℃ ~ 40℃ Storage Temperature -40℃ ~ 70℃

I have ADSL over the phone line. I have 2 ADSL routers, one is wired which works fine, the other is wireless which keeps dropping the ADSL connection and really gets on my t**s. Could I simply connect the wan port of this with a crossover cable to one of the lan ports on my good router?

Sorry this is for cable users, it will not work on a BT line. If your cabled router is plugged into the phone line this might be able to plug into it or wireless connect like a bridge, but not entirely sure for this.

Not sure, you would try if the signal keeps dropping out ;) (Notice the wink)

The trouble with Buffalo is they are so good, why are't more people buying the Buffalo's and Tenda's of this world when Linksys, Belkin or Netgear are so POO

yeah the router itself is very good, but cant help but think i might as well go a wireless n if its backward compatiible none of my devices currently comply with wireless n anyway, but it might be worth investing in one for a few quid more ay!

Just got an Amazon Credit Card and they are giving back £15 anything bought from amazon and paid off via that cc.

So I'm looking at the edimax 6574N which £49.99, - £15 = £34.99!

The eidmax won best budget buy in computer shopper

I have Virgin broadband and am after a router

Will this work with Virgin ?

What else do I need to make a second computer active online.

My broadband cable is currently going to an upstairs computer, via the wall and directly into the modem supplied by Virgin, well actually it was Telewest at the time of the installation
