the first time we went we really liked it but the second and third time it was terrible with the worlds worse service. we were so dissapointed. it is so darned expensive also if you dont use a voucher. but hey take me to Zizzi's any day of the week.

They do seem to have some serious standards issues regarding food quality and service.
Food was all a bit soggy and bland, like it had been microwaved.
Service was very lacking, the waiter could barely be bothered to speak properly.

There's better places for the same money. Like Gourmet Burger Kitchen, buy 2 burgers, get more expensive one free!

Everyone to their own. I go to the Trafford Centre Manchester branch, been loads of times on different days, different times, service and food has always been excellent, maybe we have been lucky but you can only report as you find. If you want real tapas then hop on a plane to Spain peeps! It's only a cheap nosebag to keep those winter blues away.....go enjoy or stay away, no one is making you go
