Problem With New Feedback System
POSTED BY: awoodhall2003 2 weeks, 5 days agoSay for example someone puts up a wanted thread and an item is offered but the OP does not want it then i buy the item on that thread...i cannot leave feedback for that person.
Now obviously what should thus be done is create a new thread both post in it so feedback can be left.
However i am currently in this situation on this thread:

Thus i believe an update in the rules to state a new thread MUST be created.

why not? if i state im interested and they say thats fine then no problems, happens now and again, and its fine, unless the OP doesnt want it. I have started my own im just proposing an update.  |

because its totally unfair on the op, yes they may be fine with it, but then it encourages it across the baords, when things are for sale too, you cant have one rule for one thread and not another

it does come under the rules (14) Please ONLY post in a thread if you are interested in engaging in the sale/trade listed. Anything else will be considered thread spoiling and will be deleted. Thread spoilers, including threadjackers, face a ban from the FS/FT forum. If a member continually posts questions in multiple threads and then withdraws from the sale this will be considered thread spoiling. Low ball offers will also be considered thread spoiling and will be deleted. It is up to the original poster to use the 'report' button to notify moderators of any thread spoiling. |

well it seems like you were quite attacking in your approach, but apologies if not. If i get an infraction then i deserve it, so i will not try and dodge it. But as you say its nearly christmas...so a present from the mods would be nice
