Not sure your thinking but they will not cover treatment that has already been seen by your dentist, in fact most ask for a report on the state of your teeth before insuring
We go through Denplan, but the cost per month depends on the condition of your teeth. You also need to have an initial appointment with your dentist (who offers denplan). So if you already know you need root canal you may not get this covered!
