condenser dryer, economical and cheap, any deals out there?

POSTED BY: tovi 3 weeks, 2 days ago

My tumble drier has died, i have survived the summer months without it, but i think i really need to get a new one, obviously it needs to be a good deal!
Its gonna cost too much to get my old one repaired!

I've got one that I'd like to sell but there is a problem with it, it has no heat. I had that problem before with my old dryer and it cost me £25 to have a repairman out to fix it. I got bought a new one for my birthday by my parents so I'm just going to sell the other one as it is.

Hi
Had the same problem with my Hotpoint Condenser Dryer and it was so easy to fix theres a silver box at the back of the dryer and inside it has 2 Heater Cut outs they look like a circle with two prongs and you can pick them up for about £15.00 a pair so it maybe worth trying apparently they can blow if you open the dryer before it has cooled down. Hope this helps oh by the way there is a coloured spot on the to identify which model they are off
