I have one i can pop in the post first class first thing in the morning.

sorry looking at it it is Usb to PS2 not the other way around,

Gonna have another look in my box of bits but i dont think i have PS2 to USB

They don't make ps/2 to usb like you've shown above in the pic... this is what you need...
