bought item but seller posted, what to do??

I bought an item of here 2 weeks ago and the seller hasnt posted and they are now suspended. I am new to this, does this mean i have lost my money? i paid through paypal

Any help would be great :)

Call them on the telephone number that you obtained before completing the transaction?
Or did you just blindly pay out without getting more details?

do they have much feedback this happened to me if you contact a mod they will pass a message on for you, dont worry too much people arnt usually suspended for too long

I wasnt aware that they had to give it me as was one of my first time buying from here.

Yes plenty of good feedback, just hope havent lost my money :( it was for some extra christmas presents. How do i go about contacting a mod?
