Question about selling to CEX

Last week, I wanted to sell 2 mobile phones that I have to CEX. However when I went to the local store, there was a sign put up saying "Sorry, we are currently unable to give cash, only store credit". This is because (according to the salesperson) no one has been buying stuff. So I went back home and ordered the envelopes from their website. The envelopes came today but I also checked the store again and they are giving cash again.

My question: Can I still sell directly to the store even though I've ordered the envelopes?

If I do send them through the mail, will they deduct the postage cost from the money they will send me?

hi there. You can still sell to the store and just cancel your online order. You will have to pay postage and this in not refunded. hope that helps.

Because there buying price for the phone may drop, if they do, they will honour the price you have with them on the current online order that you have with the.

YES, they cant say take ish to you for getting the envelopes.

Go CEX with your phones and get cash for them soon as you can - when they are giving cash. Go in the morning, best time.

If they dont take it tommorrow then just send it by the envelopes.

NO, they wont. You pay postage, unless it is pre - paided envelope that CEX have sent you.

Just make sure you send it recorded and you will be fine.

And yes, those are pre-paid envelopes CEX sent me. So I guess I'll try the store tomorrow first, cause I can get the cash quicker, and afaik the price hadn't dropped/
