Are move and save estate agents any good??? Please advise..thanks
POSTED BY: momofone 3 weeks, 2 days agoI am thinking of selling my house. Traditional estate agent fees are quite expensive. I have had quote and they are charging 2000 plus vat which is too much. I have read an addvert about move and save.co.uk in a newspaper and they only charge a flat fee of 250 plus vat and no commission. Is there a catch??? Is there any thing i need to be aware of?? Has anyone used them?? Are they any good? Please advise. thanks
