QUERY: Has anyone pre-ordered from Tescos before? And do they dispatch ontime for release date delivery?

I ask this as I have pre-ordered COD:MW2 from them and really do not want any delays in receiving the game :P

Im in the same boat and called them today, they advised me that they use royal mail delivery and that they will be sending iton friday so im not holding out much hope as the strike is on friday and monday.

From my experience Tesco are crap with pre-orders. I pre-ordered Uncharted 2 the other week and on launch day they still didn't dispatched the game so I cancelled my order and bought instore from Asda instead.

hmmm i reckon ill pre-order from ShopTo.net instead, even if it is another £7 or so, they use UKMail i think? Also I pre-orderd Uncharted 2 and Tekken 6 from them to receive both 3 days earlier than release date!!

I have to say i pre-ordered windows 7 from Tesco's and it was delivered on launch day using a courier firm because of the strike - very impressed

If you look on Tesco Directs Website you will see they are not using RM, so therefor strike will not affect your order.
