My sister had a Toshiba Satellite Pro A60 a few years ago it was terrible for overheating.

Never gone near Toshiba laptops since.

Never gone near Toshiba laptops since.
My wife's Satellite not. She's got L40 and its brilliant, quiet machine - no problems at all.I have got Tecra and can't say a bad word about it too.
Toshiba, in general is the most reliable notebook manufacturer on the market and it is not my subjective opinion but result of which? research.

Hmm maybe it was just that specific Toshiba model.

Do a search on Google for "Toshiba Satellite Pro A60 overheating", seems other people had the same problem with that laptop.
