Please help me softmod my Wii

I have the instructions from the 'dummies guide', but it mentions a program called Backuploaderinstaller.zip - to prepare the sd card. I can't find it anywhere.

Any help will be greatly recieved.

its been updated, read the release info

if i am reading it right it as been updated with a different name, don,t hold me to that though
