EXPIRED - FS: iPod Touch 3rd Gen, 32GB, *Reduced Price*

I have a iPod Touch 3rd Gen for sale. It was bought after I sold my iPhone 3GS on here. It was bought in Argos, but I cannot find my receipt to take it back :( so im selling on here to try and make my money back. I have reduced the price by 30 quid, as I bought it for 229.
The iPod is in BNIB condition and has only been used a handful of times as its not even a week old. It comes complete in box, with unused earphones, dock adapter, usb cable, instructions and stickers.

I am sorry about the picture quality. The Motorola dext is crap at taking pictures.

If you paid by card then they can trace it. I returned a phone by calling the customer service department and they tracked my payment when I couldn't find the receipt. They were great.

if you have used it you can't take it back even with the receipt unless it was faulty, so how come your selling???

Im selling as, I am wanting to get a Zune HD from eBay. Having just read the returns on argos, Juiceblaster is correct. I cannot take it back unless it was faulty, which it is not. I also paid via cash so, wouldn't be able to trace.

Dataload I cannot find my receipt though, would I still be able to take it back. Boothy, I will not post first, I have sold a few items on here, worth a lot more than this, an example was my iphone 3GS 16GB. The buyer received it very quickly and securely.
