EXPIRED - Samsung CLP-315 'world's smallest' colour laser printer, normally £127, down to £97.18 at Tesco (online and in-store). Includes initial set of 4 toners. Double Clubcard Points too!

A great little colour laser printer (claims to be the world's smallest).

I bought mine at a special 'launch price' of £99 at PCW about 18 months ago and it's been £127 pretty much most places since. Double Clubcard points at the moment too!

Puts out decent prints at low per page cost time after time. More durable and professional looking prints than inkjet too. Even manages acceptable photo prints for most purposes. My inkjet only gets used for best quality photo prints for display these days.

Had one very small technical problem and the service engineer was at my door first thing next morning; had it fixed in 30 minutes. Brilliant service!

After thousands of pages of print I can thoroughly recommend. One of the best pieces of home office kit I've ever bought.

Note: before the debate about toner prices starts - yes they are expensive (about £150 for a full set of originals, set supplied with printer are only about 3/4 full). However, they last for absolutely ages so the cost per page is way lower than inkjet. Haven't searched for online toner deals or compatibles but no doubt they are out there.

good deal this one
I bought mine from amazon when Samsung was running cashback deal back in April, very satisfied with the performance and print quality. And yes, toner last for long time Other point to note is the size, this is the smallest colour laser you will find at this price.

If Samsung are to be believed it's the smallest colour laser - period.

Can you just replace the black toner as that is likely to run out faster than the others.

Hello All

A quick lesson in "order when you see it"

The CLP-310 started out at around £69 some months ago and I first noticed it at PCW for £70 and some pennies about a month ago. Was thinking about getting one this morning and went on the PCW site but cheapest seems to be about £130, so had a little browse and found the 310 at £89 on printerland.co.uk but then my eyes popped when I saw the networked version for £14!!! . So I shot off to do some cartridge research and ended up on amazon and was then nocked off my chair by a seller with loads of items listed at £1.09 one of which was an HP CP1515N...I was beginning to think I'd won the lottery at this point. Needless to say I did some one click ordering and had an amazon order of around £8 which was worth around a grand!! I got the confirmation email and was pretty chuffed.......cancellation email shortly followed DOH! so I phoned the seller and they of course had had some glitch and a morning of madness. Hey ho I thought back to printerland to buy original £14 samsung.... oops it's now at £114.

I wouldn't be surprised if the printerland error had corrected itself, so expect that one would have been successful. The Fuzion (seller) fiasco at amazon was never likely to succeed as there were dozens of errors.

Came to this site via the Aldi link and will keep my eyes on the posts

Cheers...Rob

Yes you can (4 seperate colours). The black one is larger than the other three. Around £44 for an original.

This one is the CLP-315 though other than colour I'm not sure what the differences are, if any. Haven't seen the CLP-310 in PCW. I think the one for £70 at PCW may have been B&W only?

I wasted time checking specs because of the color toner refill situation

300 Black and Colour OK
310 315 Black only (waiting to get the chips sorted)

The one at PCW could have been CLP anything I have been looking for the post it note I scribbled on when I first saw it at work...

Appears to have been £99.99 but with a £30 cashback offer at that time?

Wouldn't you just buy a new printer?

EDIT: Looking elsewhere (see below) I think the 8000 black is a typo. Think it is meant to be 8000 colour, and 30 something thousand black.

http://www.inkntoneruk.co.uk/product.php?productid=7225

Thought 8000 was a little low.
