37-42" HD 1080p TV

Looking for the above spec television preferably with 100hz technology.

To be used for blu-ray and gaming mainly. Under £400

Is it possible for a start ?

I know a friend of a friend got a deal here a while back for the same specifications and at the same price range.

I got a 37" Toshiba Regza 1080p full HD for £449 and it is the dogs you know whats so have a look and I would suggest stretching the budget just a tad more - or you could try Argos and TJ Hughes who have some good deals on at the mo.
