well everything i order seems to be delayed..,

Pppft...my mum sent be something down from aberdeen 1st class and it arrived next day yesterday...however 2 cards and 2 small packages send almost a fortnight ago have never been recieved...totally useless service. No doubt I will never see the missing cards and packages...as per usual. fuming!
