To qualify for your 7 Blu-ray™ discs, you must purchase one of the
following Panasonic Blu-ray products: DMP-BD80EB-K, DMP-BD60EB-K,
DMP-B15EB-K, DMR-BS850EB-K, DMR-BS750EB-K, SC-BTX70,
SC-BT205 and SC-BT200 from an authorised Panasonic dealer,
between 15th October 2009 to 2nd January 2010.
2. To redeem your Blu-ray™ discs, please complete your details below and
send this claim form with a copy of your Proof Of Purchase (Order
Confirmation does not constitute proof of purchase) and a stamped address
A4 padded envelope with postage affixed to the value of £3.65 and send
to the address below. For Eire addresses, please send your claim form,
Proof Of Purchase (Order Confirmation does not constitute proof of purchase),
an A4 padded envelope plus a cheque (made payable to Panasonic UK Ltd)
or postal order for €4.00 to: Blu-ray Film Promotion, Panasonic UK, PO Box
716, High Wycombe, HP11 1XT.
3. Your receipt will be returned with your Blu-ray™ discs.
4. Blu-ray™ discs are only available while stocks last and no responsibility
can be taken should disks not be available at the time of your claim.
5. The Blu-ray™ titles are as stated and no alternative gifts are available.
6. Each application will be responded to within 28 days from receipt of
your claim.
7. If you have not received your discs 45 days after posting,
please contact the administration team on Tel 01344 706723 or email
customer.care@panasonic.co.uk (with ‘’Blu-Ray Promotion’’ as the subject)
8. No responsibility can be taken for claims lost, delayed or damaged in the post.
9. The closing date for all claims is 28th February 2010.
10. Panasonic UK Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion as
necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
11. By submitting this claim, applicants are deemed to have read and accepted
