I don't know where to look to be honest. Turned it upside downand theres nothing on the base. Nothing that I can see inside either. Any ideas??
This one on ebay (220502155355) is almost identical and the listing reads:
The art work is of Italian design with an old marine map of the world. It has a zodiac design around the equater. The main cabinet revolves for ease of access the drinks bottles. And as you can see it has more art work from latin folklore on the underside of the lid. The bottom tray has artwork from 1763 J.Perre Maitre Poulieur who was a creator of marine nautical compasses.
Can't verify that 100% but the artwork looks the same to me, and the wordning is in latin (I think). Very slight differences to the ebay one include mines got an extra caddy at the bottom which also rotates, I assume this is removable. Obviously its not from 1763 (neither is the one from ebay) but I couldn't say when it was madejnjnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
^^ That would be my 3 year old lad editing my post and then clicking submit whilst I was on the phone LMAO
