Friends Box Set 15th Anniversary Edition - Can you track / skip parts?

The older version of the boxset doesn't allow for this.

Does anyone who owns the new version - can you tell me can you track or skip parts like you can do with other box sets?

Also, is there English subtitles?

Yes you can skip chapters in the episodes I've tried.

It has both English and Dutch subtitles but only the English soundtrack, no badly dubbed Friends characters
