these seem to be picking up some pretty poor reviews. I've got the 200mbit belkin ones which I'm quite happy with (I get about 48mbit\s which is plenty for streaming high def to my media pc) but people seem to be finding that these are no quicker than the 200's presumably due to the house wiring.

Be intersting to see some stats from somone who upgrades from 200's to gig.
