Apple Iphone 3gs on T-Mobile

I have just rang T-Mobile to cancel my contract as i wanted the iphone 3gs and they said that they now do the Iphone through a company called chitter chatter and for the £35 a month contract, 16gb phone you only pay £78 for the phone.

Is this a good deal i thought it was; anyone had any experience of chitter chatter?

be aware its definitely not 3GS.

It's only 3G

Its £93 for the 8gb on a 18 month contract and the 16gb is £78 for a 24 month contract. you can get both versions for 18/24 month price varies.
and £35p/m as OP says.

chitter chatter buy the iphones from Italy and supply to t-mobile. so they are unlocked to all networks because of this.

Yes i just called as my contract is due up december and she reeled off a load of deals. I did ask a few times that it was the 3gs and not just the 3g and she said yes. She is calling abck in 30 mins

I spend £35 a month at the momet on a flext plan, i am not a muge user but fancied the unlimited internet and texts.

had enough of tmob! spent over 60£ a month for past three years without upgrading and they didnt offer me nothing, took my pac code and done the O2/Quidco deal!

and its 3G not 3Gs, the staff probably dont have a clue what their talking about

im the same. however from wat ive read u are meant to be spending more than £75 a month. i wish this works, otherwise im leavING T mobile forever and ever, THIS RELATIONSHIP IS OVER, OVER!

they were previously offering it for big spenders but now give it to anyone who spends £30+ per month. but you have to say you're leaving first!

nikkipink please confirm it's 3GS and the name of customer services person you spoke to becuase i asked for 3GS and they said they dont have it.

It will be a mistake. It might be intentional, or it might be they don't know what they are talking about. But with no record of the call centre staff saying it, you will be stuck with 3G and not 3GS, no matter what they say.

Seems about right. They stopped making the 3G 16gig version, that's why o2 insurance will give you a 3GS 16 gig instead if you have your phone lost/stolen.

The 3G 8gig is still made (prob to get rid of the old 8gig memory), so you are able to get that.
