EXPIRED - Xbox 360 Crossfire Wireless Gaming Receiver For PC + 1.5% Quidco Free Delivery @ Gameplay

£9.99

14°

FOUND BY: haritori 3 weeks, 1 day ago

STARTS: 04/11/2009

Ok so this deal was posted before but that was a long time ago and the offers back on, RRP is £14.99 and its sold for more than that at most places, if you can find it in stock.

Id recommend one of these if you game on both Xbox and PC when first release support and drivers were buggy at best but now with the 1.1.2 drivers it works fine and dandy and under Windows 7 x64 as im using it its perfect, most new games come with the Controller premapped like it would be on 360 and its a must for racing games at least!

so as such i bring the offer to your attention again, and credit to the original poster who found this offer first time.

Use Xbox 360 wireless accessories on your PC
30 ft range
Plug and play
Negates need for separate PC gaming accessories, all wireless 360 products are compatible.
6 ft long USB cable

Nowhere seems to have this in stock at a decent price.

Best deal I found was to reserve this with the controller for £29.99 at PC World, as their shelf price is £49.99.

Hi all first post/reply, for those of you who wish to connect wirelessly with out the adapter and have a laptop that is wireless, connect an ethernet cable from your laptop to your xbox360, on laptop, go in to control panel, then network connections, then select LAN connection and wireless connection, right click and select bridge connection, give it 30secs to a min to sort itself out, test your nextwork connection on the 360 should now be online with out buyin any wireless adapter,

try searching in google "Use your laptop as Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter" you should find some walk throughs, hope this helps!!!!

Hi and welcome to the site I think you will find that this is not advertising a deal on a Xbox 360 wireless adapter, it is a crossfire adapter, allowing use of a Wireless 360 controller on a PC

I've found that if you tell PC World in store that there is a cheaper web price they will either reserve it for you online on one of their own PCs or just give it to you for the cheaper price, as it will come up as an option on the till.

I also noticed that they had the controller & crossfire adapter pack in Gamestation for £29.99, when they still sell the standalone 360 wireless controller for £34.99!
