I have shopped with Boots for about 10 years now and they have honestly been amazing to me, customer service like gold.
The item out of stock would have been all done by computer automatically. The upside down print wouldn't have been noticed by some bloke in the warehouse and the returns note.. well.. obviously they have some kind of warehouse staff problem right now. Please don't let the warehouse staff put you off.
Honestly, the customer service have always been so good to me and if you call to explain how you feel about this you should manage to receive some compensation points. The points on the card, I know it's a pain but it's just how they work because the card has a chip or something. I don't get it but I do sympathise for the staff who have no choice but to do things this way.
Honestly, if you feel so bad.. call them and tell them. It is worth it.
