One of my very favourite Christmas movies... up there with Scrooged

Showing 4-5 days now so appears out of stock (ordered anyhow, worth the wait!)

Good price, but please check the reviews before buying.

Picture quality is only slightly up than DVD qualityhttp://bluray.highdefdigest.com/520/...svacation.html

Don't always assume that because it is "remastered" on Blu ray that it'll be incredible quality, some old films such as Dr No are stunning in HD, others are no better than the DVD release.

Before I buy any Blu Ray discs I always rent them from Love film to see if its worthwhile spending the extra.

Reasonable price for an excellent film but heed Skywalker07's post. The image is truly awful for HD and really hard to see any difference between it and a DVD copy. The picture is very grainy and not sharp. The HDDVD verson was exactly the same and I wouldn't be surprised is they use the exact same source.
